Anti-Islamic Posters Found Displayed Throughout MUN Campus

The anti-Islam poster that has been posted in at least two buildings was reported to the Campus Enforcement Sunday morning.

CEP spokesperson, Meghan Whelan, said they were removing the posters and investigating to find out where they came from.

So far there are no updates on who is responsible for the posters, Whelan said the CEP will continue to investigate.

MUN President Gary Kachanoski released a statement saying the posters do not align with Memorial’s values and the administration strongly condemns the messages.

He said they are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all members of the campus community.
