‘Spirit of Prophethood’ Festival Planned in Iraq
According to alkafeel website, the program is planned to be organized on February 26 on the occasion of the birthday anniversary of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) beloved daughter.
The main objective of the festival is to investigate various aspects of the noble lady in family, society and religious arenas.
Bushra Jabbar, head of the organizing committeeو said that the “Seddiqah Tahirah” Center affiliated to the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine will host the cultural-religious event.
The committee has sent invitation letters to female researchers, seminarians and academic figures to attend the program, she added.
“Hazrat Zahra’s (SA) legacy and its intellectual concepts”, “the intellectual influence of Hazrat Zahra (SA) on the Islamic society” and “aspects of her character in family, social and religious fields” are the themes for papers to be sent to the festival.
The Quran institute of the Astan, the women’s branch of the Astan’s library and Al-‘Ameed schools will cooperate in holding the program.
