75 Countries to Attend 12th Imam Reza (AS) Int’l Festival

The 12th edition of Imam Reza (AS) International Festival will be held from the 1st of Dhul Gha’dah to the 11th of the month with the participation of representatives from 75 countries.

The call for this edition of the festival was announced on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Kazem (AS), on December 9.

Imam Reza (AS) Cultural-Art International Foundation will organized the festival in provincial, national and international levels.

The provincial stage of the festival will include programs for children and teenagers, Razavi cultural weeks and special programs commemorating the Imam’s sons and introducing the places from where Imam Reza (AS) passed during his travel to Khorasan Province.

The national stage of the program will be held in 31 provinces of the country including three categories such as scientific, research, cultural, art, cinema, children and teenagers, press and digital media.

The international stage will be held with the participation of representatives from 75 countries including America, Germany, Austria, Argentina, Spain, Indonesia, The UAE, Algeria, Britain, Italy, Bosnia, Brazil, Japan, Russia, Switzerland, France, India, Nigeria, etc.

The closing ceremony of the festival will be held in September 2014 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Reza (AS) in the holy city of Mashhad.
