The contest had kicked off in Ahvaz, the capital of the southwestern province of Khuzetsan, on Thursday.
The contenders vied for the top prize in the categories of Quran recitation, Tarteel, memorization of 20 Juzes of the Quran and memorization of the entire Quran for seven days.
On Wednesday, the panel of arbiters named the winners in different categories.
According to the panel, Hadi Esfidani from Khorasan Razavi Province bagged the top prize in the recitation category of men section.
Omid Reza Rahimi from Gilan came first in memorization of the entire Quran, while Mohammad Mehdi Rezaei and Mohammad Poursina, both from Esfehan, won the top title in the memorization of 20 Juzes (parts) of the Quran and Tarteel recitation, respectively.
As for the women section, Roya Fazaeli from Khorasan Razavi, Fatemeh Mohammadi Dehnouki from Fars, Ghazaleh Soheilizadeh from Alborz and Adeleh Sheikhi from Markazi came first in memorization of the entire Quran, memorization f 20 Juzes, Quran recitation and Tarteel, respectively.
The competition is annually held by the Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization with the participation of top Quran activists from across the country.
It is aimed at discovering Quranic talents and promoting Quranic activities in society.
